Large Robbie Memorial Hall prices

Half Hall M-Th (evening- after 4pm ) Regular rate- $35 per hr  Member rate- $28 per hr  ( 2 hr minimum )

Full Hall M-Th ( evening-after 4pm ) Regular rate- $45 per hr   Member rate- $40 per hr  ( 2 hr minimum )

1/2 hall- Fri evening  Regular rate  $175   Member rate- $140

Full Hall-Fri evening  Regular rate  $350   Member rate- $275

1/2 Hall-Sat 10am midnight Regular rate  $350   Member rate- $275

Full Hall-Sat 10am to midnight Regular rate $575  Member rate $450

Large kitchen used for Prep cooking okay $25 per hr with a 2 hr minimum

Potluck kitchen included with rentals- NOT available for prep cooking

Refundable Security Deposit for rentals- $300

All fees include the set up & break down of chairs by our staff. Clean up is required to be done by person or persons renting the Hall. Hall MUST be left in the condition it was rented. Event floor plan & all required paperwork is to be in the Senior center office 10 business days prior to the event.

Seating information

1/2 Hall seats 200 in chairs only or 112 at 14 tables with 8 chairs per table

Full Hall seats 400 in chairs or 224 at 28 tables with 8 chairs per table

Rectangle tables are 8 ft long, 30 inches wide & 30 inches tall

Round tables are 60 inches wide, 29 inches long

Small Room prices

Lobby room- Full room is $40 per hr with a 2 hr minimum 1/2 the room is $24 per hr with a 2 hr minimum   Room seats 70 or 54 at 9 tables with 6 chairs

Annie Barnie room is $30 per hr with a 2 hr minimum   Non Profit Board meeting rate is $20 per hr.  Room seats 48 at 6 tables with 8 chairs.

MUST BE A NON PROFIT OR BE A SENIOR CENTER MEMBER TO RENT TE SMALL ROOMS

ALL rentals require a $50 deposit to hold the date, this amount is deducted from the total rental fee.  a 30 day cancellation is required to get room deposit refunded.

BBQ is available for an additional $20, renter provides propane.

Usage of the pool table during an event is an additional $50.
